The simplicity of black and white astounds me.

"Is it just me, or are we laggin' out here?"

B.C., while doing the tunnel for the millionth time.

I hope you found that funny, because I sure did. :D

I'm so tired.

But I'm having a pretty good time in school, although some classes are pretty boring.

And there is so much homework. D:

It seems that all I talk about these days is homework.

Remember back in elementary school there was no homework on weekends. Don't you remember how outraged we were when they started weekend homework? And then the uniforms and lanyards? Remember how we all always support our teachers getting more pay but we hate class, so we always wanted a strike? Remember Christmas with our friends, naively thinking that those two weeks were an eternity away from one another, yet none would show the slightest morsel of regret? When we did art projects and played four-square? When dodge-ball was just a sport and not a battleground? When dodge-ball didn't even hurt? When birthdays took entire days and not just the same song and dance? When school lunches were unbearably bad, yet everyone was forced to eat lunch? When we actually played in band? When our teachers would chastise us about our writing? When we learned cursive? When we sang American propagandist songs? When we all wanted to fight in a war and be the hero? When dang was unutterable? When we all wanted to be astronauts, doctors, or bears?

... good times....

Reminiscing hurts that you realize how you took that stuff for granted just as how you are taking your life for granted now. ):

But no time for that now. APUSH requires my dedicated devotion.
